WHAT IS A PENIS FILLER?

Penis fillers are cosmetic products that are injected directly into the penis to instantly increase your penis size. Dr. Emer will select from an array of hyaluronic acid (HA)-based fillers and biostimulatory fillers to best achieve your desired penis size and shape.

HA fillers are best known for their applications in sculpting and rejuvenating the face. However, these hydration-boosting substances can also be used to add volume in the penile area, resulting in a significant increase in the girth of the penis.

Bellafill is another dermal filler Dr. Emer frequently recommends for patients who want a thicker penis. Bellafill is a collagen-stimulating dermal filler that consists of tiny spheres of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) suspended in collagen gel. The collagen gel provides immediate plumping and is then absorbed by the body over time. The PMMA microspheres, however, remain and function as a scaffold for newly produced collagen. Because of its unique formulation and ability to stimulate collagen formation, Bellafill allows patients to build long-lasting girth over the course of multiple treatments.

Candidates are typically healthy men who want to enlarge the penis without the need for surgery. Penis fillers are a safe and effective treatment option for many men, though in some cases, alternative procedures may be recommended.
Your candidacy for penile enhancement with fillers can be determined in a consultation with Dr. Emer. The consultation allows Dr. Emer to perform an exam, assess your concerns, and learn about your goals for treatment. He can then develop a targeted, personalized protocol for accomplishing your aesthetic goals.

PENILE ENHANCEMENT WITH FILLERS: WHAT TO EXPECT

The penis filler procedure is performed in the comfort of Dr. Emer’s relaxing, state-of-the-art office. The treatment typically takes just minutes to carry out. To ensure your comfort during the procedure, a topical anesthetic can be applied.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PENIS FILLER TREATMENT

You will likely notice a change in the overall size of your penis immediately after your treatment. Since the penis filler treatment is non-surgical in nature, there is no lengthy recovery period required. Mild swelling or redness can occur in the first days after the procedure.

The penis fillers used by Dr. Emer contain organic materials that the body will naturally absorb over time. Follow-up treatments will be needed to maintain your enhanced penis size and shape.

You will be able to return to work within one to seven days, depending on the nature of your job and your comfort level. Most patients whose jobs require light activity only are back to work after a day or two.

Patients who are expected to engage in high intensity activities at work will need to take additional days off as strenuous activity should be avoided for one week after penis filler injections. Alternatively, some patients in this position coordinate with their employer to return to work in a limited capacity before one week has passed.

During your initial consultation, Dr. Emer will provide a more specific timetable regarding your return to work after penis filler injections.

Light activity can be reintroduced after a day or two. However, patients should not resume moderate to high-intensity physical activity for a week.
A penis pump can be a fantastic addition to a penile enhancement treatment plan. But keep in mind that dermal fillers need some time to settle after being injected. Therefore, you’ll have to wait at least two weeks to start pumping again. At that point, Dr. Emer will advise you regarding how and when to pump to enhance your penis filler results.

Because penis fillers add volume to the penile shaft, your penis will appear larger whether it is flaccid or erect. The extent of enlargement will depend on the amount of penis filler injected.

Because penis fillers prevent the penis from fully retracting, patients typically notice that the penis looks longer when flaccid as a result of penile filler injections. While general improvements in length are less common, many of Dr. Emer’s patients notice increased length, as well as girth, after a series of penis filler treatments.

However, penis fillers are unlikely to provide a substantial difference in length, so if a longer penis is your main objective, Dr. Emer can recommend an alternative penile enhancement procedure, such as a penile implant.

While Dr. Emer does administer dermal fillers to both circumcised and uncircumcised patients if requested, he has found that circumcised men are ideal candidates for this treatment. Even under the care of a penile filler expert like Dr. Emer, uncircumcised patients are less likely to achieve even, symmetrical penis enlargement with fillers, and they have a greater chance of experiencing side effects like lumps and bumps.
For optimal penis filler results, you will need to abstain from masturbation for at least a week and postpone sex, including oral sex, for two to three weeks following your injections.
There is no difference in sensation after penile filler injections. If your treatment goals include increased sensitivity, Dr. Emer may recommend Shockwave Therapy, the P-Shot®, and/or hormone optimization to enhance your sexual experience.
Research in this area is lacking, though Dr. Emer and other medical professionals in his field do not think it is likely that semen quality would be affected by penile filler injections.
In Dr. Emer’s experience, an initial series of penile filler injection sessions at shorter intervals followed by far less frequent maintenance treatments is the best way to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum improvements. Because every patient has distinct penile enhancement goals, as well as a unique response to penis fillers, the total number of penis fillers needed can vary greatly from one patient to another.
