WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR REVANESSE VERSA®

In general, healthy men and women who are over 22 years old are appropriate candidates for this treatment. It is intended for those with moderate or severe wrinkles, facial folds, volume loss, or similar aesthetic concerns. Hyaluronic acid, the active ingredient in Revanesse Versa®, is found naturally in the body, so most people tolerate this treatment well.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, those who take blood thinners to manage other medical conditions, people diagnosed with bleeding disorders, or those who are allergic to any ingredients in Revanesse Versa® are not ideal candidates for this treatment. In such cases, alternative, more suitable treatment options will be discussed.
To determine if Revanesse Versa® is right for you, Dr. Emer will need to meet with you for a consultation, so he can assess your facial structure and tissue. At this time, he will also speak with you about your desired treatment outcome and will ask you about current or prior medical conditions that would affect your candidacy.

WHAT DOES A REVANESSE VERSA® PROCEDURE INVOLVE?

Dr. Emer performs Revanesse Versa® treatments in Beverly Hills at his state-of-the-art medical practice. Patients can expect a total treatment time of approximately 30 minutes, though the duration of your Revanesse Versa® procedure will depend on the number of injections required to accomplish your aesthetic goals and the overall complexity of your treatment plan.

First, the treatment area will be cleansed, and a topical anesthetic will be applied. Once the treatment area is numb, and Dr. Emer has identified the optimal injection sites, he will perform the necessary injections.

There is minimal swelling, pain, or downtime associated with Revanesse Versa® treatments. Patients are free to return to their normal activities afterward.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER REVANESSE VERSA®

Most patients see a difference in their appearance immediately following their treatment. However, it may take up to four weeks to experience the full benefits of a Revanesse Versa® procedure.

Revanesse Versa® is well-known for its longevity. On average, results last approximately 12 months, with some patients reporting results that last as long as 18 months. In general, injections placed in the cheek area tend to last the longest, while those in the nasolabial region have a shorter duration. We typically recommend annual injections to maintain continuous results.

BENEFITS OF REVANESSE VERSA®

Revanesse Versa® targets moderate to severe facial wrinkling and volume loss. Patients love that this filler can provide instant plumping as well as collagen stimulation for ongoing skin rejuvenation benefits.

Revanesse Versa® is a versatile HA filler and can be a good option for both women and men seeking a younger-looking facial appearance. Its soft consistency also makes it a great option for patients with thinner skin.

This treatment is well-tolerated among most patients as Revanesse Versa® was formulated for maximum compatibility with the body. Additionally, many patients find this HA filler does not cause swelling, unlike other HA injectables.

HOW DR. EMER DOES REVANESSE VERSA® DIFFERENTLY

In Dr. Emer’s experience, facial rejuvenation must be approached from a holistic perspective. This means looking at each facial feature, wrinkle, line, and crease as a distinct cosmetic concern as well as studying them in the context of the entire facial structure.

He can then develop a treatment regimen that will not only provide visible, surface-level improvements but will also work with the body, over time, to build collagen and support regenerative processes.

In order to accomplish the most harmonious, natural-looking, and transformative results, Dr. Emer frequently combines Revanesse Versa® with one or more of the following complementary procedures:

Ellacor targets wrinkles and tightens skin
Facials and other spa treatments to deeply cleanse, hydrate, and clarify the skin
Microneedling, micro-needling with radiofrequency, or micro needling with PRP to kickstart collagen production and improve skin texture and tone
Botox, Daxxify, Dysport, Jeuveau, or Xeomin injections to release dynamic wrinkles
Kybella injections to non-surgically eliminate the appearance of a double chin
PDO thread lifts with PDO Max, Elasty Meshfill, Elasty Line, Forte Basic, and/or Forte Fix threads to elevate drooping tissue, tighten skin, and encourage the formation of new collagen
Laser skin resurfacing to lift pigmentation, minimize pores, reverse photodamage, and revitalize the complexion
