“Watch Shianne’s Story”
With aging, unfortunately, comes skin sagging or laxity. Even those in their 30’s start to experience sagging in areas such as the buttock and desire treatments to prevent further sagging and future worsening. Both volume and tightening are needed to give the buttock a lift that is noticeable and contoured or shaped. Injectable treatments such as Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid), Bellafill, Renuva (synthetic fat), and autologous fat with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can be injected into the buttock to give it more volume and contouring at the same time.
However, this patient wanted an immediate boost in confidence, without injections or surgery, and was excited by the idea of external heating with dual radio frequency and ultrasound energies to lift and tighten the area, while also smoothing stubborn cellulite on her buttock and thighs. Energy-based treatments such as Venus Legacy, BTL Exilis Ultra and Inmode Contoura/Forma non-invasively firm and tighten the skin, by stimulating cells that produce collagen and also by breaking apart connective tissue fibers that pull the surface skin down creating dimples and folds. After a series of treatments the skin appears smoother, tighter and is more lifted.
BTL Exilis Ultra is a unique device for tightening as it combines two modalities — radio frequency and ultrasound — to penetrate heat more deeply into the skin, lifting both deep and superficial tissue. The end result is that of a lifted, contoured, and voluminous breast, but also one that is less crepe (much more smooth).
See form the video how comfortable the patient thought of the treatment and fantastic the results in just a short time period.
If more aggressive treatments are desired in the future, such as internal heating with Inmode BodyTite/FaceTite or Renuvion J Plasma as well as internal threading, or buttock lifting or implants, the skin will be healthy, tight, and prepared from the external treatments allowing for less downtime and less risk of complications from a more aggressive approach.
